The program is an advanced XPS Viewer can allow to add comment or notes to flag information or to highlight items of enthusiasm for later reference, enable support for adding user created text notes, ink notes, and highlight annotations.
It's support security features, such as digital signatures, to provide greater document security. When applied to a document, these digital signatures can help ensure the identity of the author and the validity of the document content.
The program runs in Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 (already installed on Windows Vista).
