Offline Browser is a server personal proxy sit behind your reguler browser (Firefox, IE, Safari, Opera - whatever), silently and swiftly handle all network traffics. Unlike most offline browser with this concept, you don't have to specifically tell Webassistant to catch a website - it remember the anything you see, automatically add the new page to cache. WebAssistant updates the page cached (in background) so that you have always get the last version to hand. There's no difference between surfing the web and surving your archives; you can even use the you bookmarks search your pages offline when you don't have a network connection.
