Image Fiddler is a little program will allow you to view a large image at little by either stretching it to fitting or with allow you to scroll around image uses mouse. You load a large graphic file you can view in full as stretched then click at certain interest point view only that area by turning stretched off. You can fix the view at any time by using the menu. You can also copy or save to view in addition to copy or saving graphic full size. This allows you to evaluate to reduced size copies for use as thumbnails for example. You can load/save Bitmaps, JPEGs, GIFs, PNGs and Metafiles.
Though designed principal to view large graphics, you can convert, enlarge or reduce, copy either the full image or view, save either te full image or view, paste and usually fiddle around with an image! All options available through a right click popup menu. Left click image will alternate between stretched and none stretched. Holding CTRL temporary button down moves the mouse, for will stop mouse scrolling.
You can startn more than one copy Image Fiddler. This allow you to copy, paste and perhaps try several different views from a image.
