Since the names of cool fonts installed on your system are not very explanatory, someone may want to have names much lighter (slightly resembling the rename mp3 tag depending on where you are mp3 like: traccia1, traccia2, traccia3, etc..).Here FontRenamer so that takes care of doing all the work automatically. However, fonts are not like mp3. Some programs may require certain fonts that are not able to find them if the name was changed, and therefore, in those cases, those programs would malfunction.
