It's a bar like ObjectDock and RocketDock.Nexus is part of a program fee (called Winstep), but is entirely free.
The interface is very nice, maybe a bit more beautiful than to RocketDock (there are special effects of various kinds, which can be individually enabled or disabled), and there are additional features, including an windows icon for the weather another for the CPU, another on the use of RAM, etc.. There is also a function to capture screen shots.
Unfortunately there is a bit heavy in more than RocketDock (requires more RAM than the competitor, about 15 MB compared to 5, on the other hand it is understandable for the various effects that contains). In some cases (rare) I noticed some minor conflicts with other programs.
Nexus works with both 32-bit systems, and 64 bit (instead RocketDock has problems with 64-bit systems, at least so far).
