When I consider the best free program to create and manage disk partitions (for personal use and not commercial).The program is very well made, clear and intuitive. Partition Wizard is able to create disk partitions, delete, resize, clone disks or partitions (for example, to clone a hard disk to another), convert the format of the disk partition from FAT to NTFS, and much more.
Unfortunately the free version, than pay, is unable to merge two partitions. In this case, if we delete a partition and merge it with another, we must help with the command Move / Resize (which is possible only if the two partitions are consecutive).
Partition Wizard works fine with both operating systems 32 and 64 bits.
It can also download an ISO file to burn to CD to run when the computer and run the program from DOS (which is definitely recommended when it comes to working with partitions).
