SetFileDate, Utility to alter the time and date

Very simple program that lets you easily change the date to a single file or group of files. Can be useful, for example, to set the date hundreds of photos taken by digital camera.
The usage is so elementary as not to require even a line of instructions (and this is really cool). The only drawback is the need to do a refresh of the folder where we changed the dates (strangely enough, is done automatically).
