With VideoReDo Plus you can cut and edit VOB or MPEG2 files, without having to rerun a video encoding at the end of operations.Who has a DVD recorder, I can understand the usefulness for a while with this program you can easily cut advertising from things that have been recorded (there is also a feature that helps to do it automatically, locate the points which the program believes there may be an advertisement).

There are entirely free programs that can change the VOB, as Vob Blanker mpeg2cut and 2, however, VideoReDo Plus is the easiest of all to use, and free until the competitors will not improve from this point of view (especially Vob Blanker, because already mpeg2cut 2 is more intuitive), there will remain a rung below.
