It an open source portable (no installation required) that allows you to enlarge images.In theory, the magnification of images is a feature supported by all graphic programs (such as GIMP, Paint.net, etc.). SmillaEnlarger but uses a proprietary algorithm, which should ensure better results.
Apparently it is easy to use, since you can enlarge photos or images automatically without touching any parameters. However, the results are not exceptional in this mode (they are practically the same as in any graphics program) if we want something more we need to go to set the parameters manually. In this case the results of Smilla Enlarger are slightly better, although at the cost of effort (and number of attempts) much greater.
Overall I think SmillaEnlarger is an interesting, but still has considerable room for improvement.
