GIMP is a very popular on Linux. This is an excellent software that allows you to make photo editing operations to perform any type of image manipulation.The possibilities offered by the GIMP can be compared to those of commercial software such as Photoshop or CorelDraw.
Since it is a software originally developed for the Linux platform, it is possible that Windows is still having some problems. however, the program deserves to be thoroughly tested for completely free.
