OEBackup

OEBackup is a program that lets you create a backup of your Outlook Express address book (files. wab), mail archives DBX (Outlook Express 5 and above), all "identities" in Outlook Express, the list of blocked contacts , the rules for incoming mail, the signatures to be affixed at the bottom of their emails and so on.

The program is able to find (and restore) DBX, MBX, IDX, WAB and WA~.
OEBackup has proved a useful tool to keep all data for the management of e-mail with Outlook Express: If you reformat the hard drive, all data can be easily restored using backups created through the program.
We recommend using OEBackup only with Outlook Express 5.0 or later.
