Over the years, PDF X-Change Viewer has become my favorite program to view PDF documents.Maybe not as fast and lightweight Foxit Reader, but they have other outstanding qualities, including a beautiful graphical interface (the best of the class, in my opinion), the usual ability to zoom or rotate pages, and possibility of making notes colored and clearly visible (or comments, or similar) across the text, or underline or highlight the same, just as if we had a marker (provided that the text of the PDF has been recognized with an OCR, or come from Word documents, etc.)..
It can also convert the pages of a PDF document into individual images (GIF, PNG, JPG, etc..), Which very rarely a free PDF viewing permits.
