Adaptec Threadmark is a benchmark software developed by Adaptec, the famous manufacturer specializing in SCSI hard disk controllers. The program performs a series of complex tests that require up to an hour and can be used in different circumstances, for example, if you want to compare the services offered by various records that have been available so to identify the solution that best suits your needs.Threadmark performs its own tests on both hard drives IDE or SCSI drives allowing, among other things, to measure the disk transfer rate in megabytes per second and the percentage of CPU occupancy.
