It'a free for personal use (fee for commercial use) for creating and editing (delete, format, rename, resize, etc..) Disk Partitions, specifically for Windows XP. Works well, easy, and the operations can play with some confidence (in the sense that a program is reliable).
The program seems to Disk Partition Magic 6-7 years ago, however, since it is free, you can not complain too much.
Unfortunately, the version 2.0 if you have added the important innovation of the compatibility with Windows Vista, in the free version has removed a key feature, namely the ability to create a bootable CD and run the program from DOS, functionality that is extremely important and that is the basis of my driving on the partitions.
The program installs and works fine, but you can not create the bootable CD.
If something goes wrong while editing / creating partitions, or Windows crashes or the power fails or other problems, then, without a bootable CD, are very big trouble.
It's true that the paid version also includes this feature, but if I buy a program fee, then there are programs that are tested for years (in first person by me) as Acronis Disk Director and Paragon Partition Manager Pro
