3D Canvas 8.2

3D Canvas is a program for modeling and animation of 3D objects in real time. The program offers an intuitive approach - based on drag & drop - to the world of 3D modeling.

And possible to create complex three-dimensional objects from simple primitive elements or create new ones using the appropriate tool Object Building Tools included with 3D Canvas. There are tools to "sculpt", distort and paint 3D objects.
As for the creation of animated 3D Canvas will think to check that the action takes place smoothly.

Animations can be recorded directly in AVI format.
3D Canvas is also able to import 3D scenes from all major formats: You can then use, for example, all files available on the Internet.

The program is completely free and does not even need to register!

Comical

Comical is a good open source program (there is not only Windows but also Linux and Mac) can display on your computer CBR and CBZ comic book format.

And 'maybe some' slower than in showing CDisplay comics consist of many pages (not so instantaneous loading), it allows you to read the next page simply by double clicking the mouse (or should use the keyboard or click with the mouse on the symbol or not), but the same error.

The quality of the adaptation of page to screen is excellent, so you can choose between several algorithms to reduce, by View-> Image Filter (some are faster, as Bilinear, but display the page more blurred, while others, such as Catmull- Roma are slower, but view the page in a more incisive and brilliant).

CDisplayEx

Open source is a kind of CDisplay rewritten from scratch (and made just open source). Search it to resemble as closely as possible CDisplay, even in the GUI.
And course, possible, like all programs in this category, view two facing pages, so as close as possible to reading a comic paper (you can switch from one page to another with a double click, right as CDisplay).

TKexe

It's a program that can create, with great simplicity, a personalized calendar. You can put the pictures one by one, choose to have a monthly calendar, an annual or one of the recurrences (there are only birthdays and anniversaries, or whatever we are going to select dates).

The user interface is unobtrusive, but not extraordinary. At the end of our creation can print the calendar directly, or save as image in BMP, JPG or PNG.
TKexe is full of options, but what is acceptable considering that it is entirely free.

JpegCrop

JpegCrop is a very simple program that allows us to cut (to run the crop) JPEG image without loss of quality.

If virtually all graphics programs allow you to cut at will Jpeg images, because very few can do so without any loss of quality, leaving intact the original quality.
As is well known, in fact, every time you edit a JPEG image and prompted a subsequent rescue with subsequent recompression: This goes to affect the image quality (which does not happen with non-lossy graphic formats, like BMP and PNG, for example).

So if we work on a JPEG image that has already been compressed to the maximum and that would not support a new recompression, or if you just want to take a portion of a JPEG image without losing in quality, here JpegCrop comes to our aid.

It's a very light program (just over 600kb), which requires no installation. Its use is very intuitive, so that any user can use it in a few seconds (because it's not that hard to cut and save a portion of the image...).

Vista Codec Package

And codec pack ready for Windows Vista and XP. Codecs are installed directly, but are not touched any preferences or pre-existing associations, so as to have the least possible impact on the system.

One of the major advantages of this package is that the codecs are already configured to work immediately without any user intervention.
It can also install/uninstalling codecs without touching each other. To avoid conflicts, are automatically removed before installing any other similar codec packs.

UnFREEz, create GIF animations

Of great simplicity, is currently the only program that I know can create animations in GIF format, from a series of images (also in GIF format, other formats are not supported).
Its use is very intuitive: just drag images into the program window and when you are ready click Make Animated GIF.
Certainly not the features and functionality of programs such as Animation Shop fee (including the ability to vary the number of final colors, so have animations smaller), but for occasional use UnFREEz is more than enough.

Photoscape, creative photo editing software

It's a graphics program that has many functions, including the (limited) possibilities of image editing (contrast, brightness and other effects), edit multiple images (batch), combinations of multiple photos in one image (the remarkable function PAGE), the ability to capture screens, create GIF animations (plus other functions such as converting from RAW to JPEG, etc.).
Generally do not like programs that do many things at once (so that they point out a few on hitfreeware), and even programs that perform many tasks (and to a limited extent), but Photoscape manages to be an exception. Indeed, the lack of too many options makes the program immediately and easily accessible to those not expert, so as not to feel too the lack of Italian language and the multiplicity of functions means that many may be the idea of what can make-and-easy with a graphics program.
The various GIMP and Paint.net are definitely on another level image processing, however Photoscape unable to do many things, and without too many problems.

Toolbox pixels

While IcoFX is more oriented towards changing the icons, Pixel Toolbox is towards the creation of icons (or mouse cursors) from scratch, or resizing an image ready (.jpg, .bmp, .png, etc.). You can create icons of different sizes, from 16x16 to 64x64. At the end you can save your work in a file .ico (.cur if instead we created a mouse cursor).
The graphic interface is intuitive and colorful, for a program that is simple to use and understand (at least for its main functions). Very, very nice.

ComicRack, eComic library

Even in Italian, is now one of the best if not the best program to view comics.
Can not only read comics in various formats (7z format is also supported, for example), but also to give an assessment (with the stars) to comics on your computer and take a kind of archive of comics that are our possession (this reminds programs to organize the mp3).
In practice ComicRack is not just a viewer, but something more.
The pages of comics can also be exported in JPEG, BMP or other formats.
NOTE: My opinion reflects the fact that ComicRack has more features that performs well and is in Italian. If I were to restrict only to the simplicity and lightness of reading a comic, and choose CDisplay CDisplayEx.
