It's a burning program that allows you to burn audio CDs directly from a file as a track only CUE APE, FLAC, MP4, MPC, OGG, MP3, WAV and many other audio formats, more or less common.

The operation of Burrrn, if there are errors in the cue file, or the audio track is impeccable. It a very lightweight, and does not suffer of any kind (especially heavy). By the suggestion remains to convert first track to WAV, then burn through the cue, rather than to do everything internally Burrrn, for reasons explained in the guide for creating an audio CD with high compatibility, and also here.

In summary, it is true that Feurio still consider as the best free program to burn audio CDs, but is a bit complex to use, while Burrrn works well and is easily understandable to everyone. Even the most inexperienced user may be able to create an audio CD from a CUE plus a single track in minutes.

Now there are so many burning programs free, as described in the category of hitfreeware.blogspot. Some of them are entirely free or partly free and partly paid (that is not among my favorites). Some programs are light, like DeepBurner, other heavier as StarBurn, some of the highest quality, but at present the most developed (better than many counterparts in charge), as Feurio.

PowerLaserExpress arises in the lighter category. This is absolutely unbeatable, since it occupies just over 500kb and requires no installation. Moreover, the GUI (in English) is among the most simple and immediate.

PowerLaserExpress can create CDs and DVDs and create and burn ISO images.
Unfortunately does not support the verification of written data.

NOTE: With some configurations work perfectly. With others (like mine), unfortunately only works partially (work deleting and writing of ISO, but not adding files and folders, in which case it crashes and needs to close the Task Manager).

If you want to see your DVD player on a normal table, you must convert it to DVD 9 (if the original was a DVD 9), burning a DVD 9.
In other words, if you want to convert the DVD player in a classic DVD 5 (very popular and economic) should be used from the start another program (like DVD Shrink or Nero Recode, etc..), But if you want to burning DVD 9, does not make sense to perform a conversion with ratDVD that, although valid, was still a loss of quality.
Using ratDVD remains valid especially for those who want to keep more DVDs on your PC and watch them on PC (complete with menus, extras, etc..): In this case is a good program.

Feurio, burn audio CDs free

The program has always been the reference for burning audio CDs. Supports overburning CD sound better than any program, and has several functions implemented at the highest level (including the recognition of the quality of the CD). Very good, no doubt. And pay, but the version you can download has no limitation (of time or other).
Audio CD writing is done with great precision, you can directly enter the audio tracks, or load a CUE file with attached WAV files.
If looking for quality in what you do, as well as compatibility with older readers (obtained here through the great quality in writing), use Feurio the lowest writing speed allowed by your burner, and it'll be more than satisfied.
Feurio Unfortunately it's not updated for several years: If your drive is supported, remains a great program for creating audio CDs, but if it is not supported, there is little to do.

Amok CD/DVD Burning, Burn with a fast, vital and effective

Amok CD/DVD Burning on paper is one of the best free burning software, it supports directly or through plug all the most important features include: creating audio CDs, creating DVD Video, VCD, SVCD, and Burn ISO images, BIN, NRG, and is primarily in Italian is portable (no installation required).
It's a lightweight program, it is incredible that so tiny a software supports many functions, although many of them via plugins. Also can be used free of charge for commercial (shop, company, etc.)..
All this should apply widely the reporting category in my official Burning software CDs and DVDs, but ... I Amok CD/DVD Burning has a number of problems, perhaps not perfect support of my Plextor recorder (who knows), so I can not report through official something that I do not work properly.
On the other hand works well with others, so for now I report here, waiting to work fine to me (and perhaps reports from users).

FinalBurner Free, User friendly to Burn CDs and DVDs

FinalBurner also free, as free and similar to DeepBurner burning programs, that is the speech made several times: all these programs have to pay a higher version, which contains many important features that are removed in the free version.
In the case of free FinalBurner one thing in addition: the GUI is not, in my opinion, on the same level as the others, but is much more confusing. The windows tend to overlap the top and it is hard to understand what to do.
My opinion is always the same: in Category Burning CDs and DVDs are other programs that I suggest (and completely free).
Compared with other burning programs has a unique feature: it can create a file in the autorun CD / DVD writing, so that we can start automatically when you insert them into your computer.

Nero 9 Lite, Freeware to Burn CDs and DVDs

If there is a program (or a complete package) which is famous for Windows, this is certainly Nero Burning Rom Although the package has grown over the years, becoming more than just a burning program, from a few MB hundreds and hundreds of megabytes, was always in the heart of many computer enthusiasts.
Just install the Lite version of Nero 9 (free), however, we immediately notice several limitations: First, we realize that is not free (at least in the sense that I mean the word free on hitfreeware) but Adware, since forces to install the Toolbar Ask.com.
The capabilities of Nero 9 Lite decreased bone: no ability to burn Blu-Ray, but only CDs and DVDs without any other program of the complete package (Nero Recode Nero Cover Designer), and a heaviness truly unjustified compared other free programs that do a lot more (over 30 MB download that become 90 once installed the program).
