X-Setup allows you to speak on a variety of operating system settings that are usually accessible only through the use of Registry Editor (810 well!). These configuration options "hidden" but still allow you to fully customize the system by making it closer to your needs, optimize and speed.

Certainly not the features and functionality of programs such as Animation Shop fee (including the ability to vary the number of final colors, so have animations smaller), but for occasional use UnFREEz is more than enough.
