VersionDownload is an interesting archive that contains the old versions of popular programs. All material is organized into categories and each category contains the technical specifications and descriptions of each program. Once tracked down the program of interest (this is an internal motor to facilitate searches) you can access your profile and find information on all its versions (listed left) and download it directly (executable file available on the server service).

LeechGet is a great download manager. The user interface is very attractive, "modern and fashionable".
The program is completely free, allows you to intelligently manage the removal of any file from the Internet by integrating with the Internet Explorer browser.

FileGateway is a small program that lets you share files in a folder or folders with friends and colleagues.
The software consists of a server and a client: the server must be run on the computer containing the files to make cash out remotely. It simply specify the folder "share" then set a password.

At this point you just run the client on the remote machine to get the files offered for sharing the "server" you can download/upload files by simply selecting them.
FileGateway uses the HTTP protocol so it works correctly even in the presence of proxy servers, routers and firewalls.

This program allows you to make any computer connected to the Internet accessible from anywhere and at any time. This is possible through the allocation of a domain name of your choice to the IP address assigned to your personal computer at the time of connection.
