Nero Cover Designer, including Nero Burning Rom

I indicated that as shareware, it is included in the package of Nero Burning Rom, however, whereas many will already have black (perhaps found in a Lite version is included with some CD burner), it could almost be considered free (also because the version of Nero Cover Designer is working perfectly, whatever package we have installed Nero).
I tried for the first time many years ago (very early versions of Nero), and has since remained my favorite program for printing CD covers and DVD. The manga style graphics backgrounds is nice, but at first glance seems more suited to a game that has a program like this, but after a while that you use it you realize that you have in front of a good program (in my personal preference always goes to Nero Cover Designer).
