Window List is a useful developer tool, it displays a list of all system windows, including all visible and hidden windows. Some of the properties can be changed. The list is similar to that shown by the development tool 'SPY', but windows can be shown/hidden, disabled/enabled or placed permanently 'on top' of all other windows, unlike with SPY.
