Another of those programs that we can be of great help. Isobuster freeware can extract the image to a folder on a CD (with Nero, CloneCD, Blind Write, or a similar program) ... all files on CD available to us are so ready to be modified. After the change, we can put everything back to CD, creating an ISO image from scratch (using Nero, etc.).It's really something useful (assuming you have a basic knowledge of using a PC ...).
All this for free. It been a long time the best in its class, but today is undoubtedly superseded by UltraISO ... however it is still free, and who does not need too many options will undoubtedly satisfied.
