PowerBatch, edit multiple pictures

It's a program that allows editing of images in batch mode, all at once (example: I want to change the size of all images within a folder, along with brightness, for example, and store them in a different format).
Even Irfanview and XnView allow editing in batch mode, however PowerBatch allows (albeit with a more complex approach) to perform more complex operations than with the other two would not be possible (if you have to do very simple operations, the other two are probably preferred).
