Angry IP Scanner is a fast (and lightweight) scanner IP addresses. The program allows you to see if the computer associated with a specific IP address is connected or not connected to the Internet and can be reached via the TCP port specified in the "Options" program.The program can display information about the NetBIOS name of the computer, workgroup, currently logged user, MAC address.
Useful for testing on your local network so as to lay bare any security (too many open ports).
